Soldhara eco spot

I saw the pictures in my hubby’s phone of visiting soldhara in 2018,
So we planned with full family this time

A beautiful lake surrounded by walking area
It take almost 20mins to walk around the lake in between the plants and trees

It has honey bee cultivation ,
A tree house for stay
Swings
Huts
Rabbits
Parrots and
Butterflies

In 2018, there was a boat in the lake which has its own pathetic way of running
But,
After the tragedy occured in jan. 2021,
Due to over crowding in the boat, 5 peoples died and then this boat has been stopped
Swings has been removed

In 2018, there was all the walking area coverd with flowers, so as there were plenty of butterflies,
But as time passes there is no flower plant left
Very few butterflies left

They put honey bee in for cultivation and different flavoured honey is made from them and raw honey is avalible there

They put ajwain,sunflower,mint.. leaves in the honey bee cultivation to put on flavours

Many other organic things are also avaliable in the store, with pure cow milk and cow’s ghee

Many herbal medicinal plants are available there

(Disclaimer: There are mosquoties,
N many other insects so,wear full sleeve clothes)

Best time to visit:evening you can spend 1-2hrs here

Picnic spot near surat(mordevi)

Its located 54 kms from surat
Mordevi is just a canal, crossing a natural stream at 90 degree

Place is pleasant with cool breeze,
greenary and sunset veiw
Bridge is old and corroded,
There is also a way to get down and sit beside the river,
We can sit on the grass or stone to have great family time
(Disclamier:bring your own nasta)

But this is only possible in summer when water is almost dired
In monsoon we can not go down and sit

Best time to visit :evening and monsoon
Season as water in the canal and river will be full

Bring your food packets from home there is no food avalaible near by

Yes,there is a small tea stole beside the bridge

Nice place for photography

The roads from where the canal starts are just hell, you can cross the villages to get there if you want good roads

Two Car can not pass by,on this road if you take road directly from bardoli

Baben lake bardoli

Baben is the world class facility village from gujarat india

its basically belong from bardoli town (dist.surat) which have a great public of NRI you see that village have a beautiful lake and it’s call baben lake basically it is the part of lake city.

in the center of lake a small statue of saradar vallabh Bhai Patel

the village have own R.O. plant it have dominos pizza,a many restaurant & cafe like Lakeview,doctor bubble,PS, baban bistro

the village have a many residential place like baben banglow,lake city,avadh sukan & life style.

The village is become a top in cleanity in gujarat.

baben is famous for his sugar factory the factory is largest sugar factory of asia

Lake has walking area surrounding it

We find ducks in the lake
Water in the lake is good,

Time to visit baben lake: mostly night time when weather is cool people enjoy walking

There is small play area for the childerns near the lake

Baben lake is the most beautiful attraction for the people of this town

Floating boat restaurant in gujarat

Its located besides tejani farm, behind Valentine Cinema, piplod surat,Gujarat

Yes there is an actual boat with 2 floor seating arrangement, made on tapi river in surat
Some unique concept with thrilling experience
we can see in surat to have lunch, dinner inside the boat for the first time.

Food quality was good, Definitely price is little bit higher than other. Cost you around 1000 for 2 people

I guess morning / noon time much more preferable in the winter and evening time in summer.
Visit in high tides in monsoon season

Owned by the Goa government, the Reis Magos Fort is among the popular ancient monuments in Goa. The 400 year old fort, constructed in the year 1551 happens to be one of the oldest forts in Goa.

The Reis Magos Fort is located around 8.4 kilometres from Panaji.

The best time to visit Reis Magos Fort is between the months of late October to February. Located in North Goa, this fort can be visited at any given time of the year.

-Fee: There 50 rs. entry fee for visiting the Reis Magos Fort.

The time required to visit the fort is one hour.

When planning a visit to Reis Magos Fort, it is advised to wear comfortable shoes or sneakers, since you would need to walk uphill and even climb many stairs.

It is also recommended to carry some light snacks and water when visiting the Reis Magos Fort since there are limited stalls and shops here

Elephant art cafe is located Goemcar Vaddo Flea Market Road, Anjuna beach , GOA

the open cafe is having beautiful interior decorated with small art paintings, antique cornor placed with chairs stars & swing.

They have preety good food & beverage which you can enjoy with the sea view.

if you a book lover and want some open super cool ventilated place with music this cafe is best.

We were in search of this type of cafe from first day in goa,
So called “sunset veiw” cafe

We first tried to book table in purple martini, but because of the chirstmas eve, they said they will charge extra 2000 for sea veiw table,

Then we decided to come to this cafe and luckily one table avlaible for us on sea veiw,
We were overexicted to seeing that,
As that was the last day in of ours in goa,

Cafe is soo much beautiful, every little thing in the interior is lovely,
The curtains waving because of sea wind makes it look mesmorizing,

We came before sunset but we stayed there till night as the place was such a worth enjoying

It also has small cottages for staying, price is 4000 per night,
It also has an ar thet gallery,

Corner of the cafe consist of library with guitar,
Cafe also has swings
You can sit on the swing and enjoy the waves of the sea

We orederd spanish pasta which incluedes garlic bread and a avocado smoothiee

Best tourist place in gujarat

The village name is Jetpur Kevdi, located 74kms from surat,gujarat
Surrounded with beautiful hills and forest.
When you enter for village, there is kachha road but still your car or bike will help you to reach out here.

Its more attractive in the season of monsoon and winter, summer seems little tired some reaching to Camp site

It is my advise to carry your food and basic requirement with you.
As you will not get food here,
There is a small canteen which has food packets and cold drinks and yes you will get maggie here.

you can stay here for night but you need to have prior booking for A/C dome room, Non A/C tree house, tent house, family rooms

positive point:

1.awesome view

2.spot for one day picnic with family

3.River view is beautiful in monsoon &winter season

4.good condition and well maintain place and room condition

5.Ac rooms, Tents ,dome rooms, tree houses available for stay

Negative point:

1.no food avaliable

Best cafe in goa

Walking into this beautiful property is such a great feeling. A cafe, a lifestyle boutique, a children’s play area,a library, a yoga area.

The Cafe is run by an Israeli called Moshe who’s pretty much a Goan at heart. Moshe and his wife Anastasia moved to Goa well over 2 decades ago. Back then Moshe was one of the first few people, if not the first to start making and selling leather products at the Anjuna Flea market.The boutique slowly turned into a cafe serving up fresh juices, salads, coffees, desserts and many Israeli inspired dishes featuring age-old recipes from Moshe’s family back in Israel. The restaurant serves up pure vegetarian food, a lot of them vegan dishes.

it is one of the most fav. happening place in goa, we reached at almost 7pm fully tired from arambol beach

But going inside we felt like woeww ! What a place, cool breeze with song in the background !
Somebody was dancing,somebody was reading, someone was having food or coffee, childrens were playing in a play area,somebody was trying dresses in the boutique and yes live dj was going on,

Artjuna – is a wide traditional Goan house converted into a tastefully done up with lifestyle boutique and a lively open-air café.

As we both have opposite taste,i ordered pizza and he ordered fruit bowl, and fresh watermelon juice, i swear best pizza i ate till date soo much spongy and taste was just mindblowing,
If you are fruit lover, dont forget to taste fruit bowl here.

I remember the cafe was soo much full that day because of christmas eve, we had to share table with someone, as we were near to the speaker of “DJ” we were not even able to hear each other but still we were enjoying.

Established in a old Portuguese house & has a very cool and calm vibe which will leave you spending hours in the cafe admiring the beauty of the cafe.

Best beach of goa

Arambol beach with sweet water lake

We visited this beautiful place in december

This 16 km long seashore line in North Goa, It makes a perfect escape for people looking for peace. The beach encircled by cliffs on two sides, with a sweet water lake and market nearby making it a perfect mixture for an unforgettable visit.

If you’re so inclined of enjoying the views of the cliffs bordering the beach on both sides,
Arambol Beach is a kind of beach in the midst of a beautiful scenic view, lined with lovely cliffs.

A short walk of about 10 min from this beach passing through the market area and some uneven rocks takes you to a smaller beach called sweet water lake

You will find yourself enclosed with sea on one side and sweet water lake on the other

It is a great place to visit for some paragliding experience
There are a few restaurants, lounges, and beach huts here. If you want to get away from the crowds, staying in a simple hut on the hillside near the sweet water lake is the solution!

Only disadvantage of walking through this sea shore was “i got sun tanned”
So, reach there by early morning,
Walking through the sea shore and then market area at afternoon time is little difficult

Market street has nice shopping area for clothes,acessories and jewellery
You will find few restaurants while passing through market area

Enjoy the shopping while walking have a drink or potato chips till you reach sweet water lake, yes ! don’t forget to bath in the lake

Best restaurant in goa for goan food

Fisherman’s cove restaurant

As you reach goa you will be definetely get curious about goan food as we were too.
We went for dinner at fishermen’s cove on very first day in goa
We visited this place in december, 2 days before chirstmas
The place is very good and is located on main lane near candolim beach

The place had one of the best live music I have ever heard. This definitely helps them attract the crowd on Candolim street.

Excellent place for a good dinner or lunch. Amazing sea food and superb Service also live music in the evening at dance floor.

Main attraction is dr. John who will dance for you and with you..lol

They don’t take reservations so go early and sit late. Have a drink.. enjoy the live music and the traffic on the road side

We ordered goan cury rice , spicy potatoes and lemon coriander soup all tasted good yes and quantity was much more
